ArtGalleryforCharity.com Return Policy
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, it may be returned for a refund or exchange in accordance with the policies stated below. To return and item, you must have a "return authorization form" provided at the end of this policy statement. Your request to return an item must be made within 10 days of receipt. Damaged items must be reported within three (3) business days of receipt using the same authorization form. Specific fees and procedures are detailed in the following paragraphs.Returns without appropriate return authorization will be assessed a 10% administrative fee. No COD returns will be accepted.
Administrative Fees on Refunds
- A 5% administrative fee will be charged on returned items in which a refund is issued
- A 10% administrative fee will be charged on any returned item as Undeliverable by the freight carrier to the shipping address provided at the time of purchase.
- The customer is responsible for shipping costs, including appropriate insurance fees for all items returned.
Exchanges
- Items returned in exchange for a different idem of equal or greater value will be assessed no administrative fee. However, the customer is responsible for shipping costs including appropriate insurance for returning the item to be exchanged.
Damaged Goods
- Each artist is responsible for the shipping of his/her items and will take great care to package them appropriately before shipping. The item will also be insured for its value. If you receive a package that has physical damage, it is your responsibility to have the delivery agent document the damage on receipt. If the item itself is damaged, document the damage (description and photos) and notify ArtGalleryforCharity.com immediately, so we can file an insurance claim on your behalf. If the item is badly damaged, ArtGalleryforCharity.com will work with you to repair the item or replace it with an acceptable comparable item.
Lost Shipments
- Packages that are shipped to you by ArtGalleryforCharity.com and lost by the freight carrier will be the responsibility of ArtGalleryforCharity.com. You will receive a full refund or you may apply your payment to another item.
- Packages that are shipped by you to ArtGalleryforCharity.com and lost by the freight carrier are your responsibility. ArtGalleryforCharity.com will assist you in filing a lost package claim. All items shipped by you should be insured for purchase price for your protection.
